When I began my entrepreneurial journey in 2003 with a single six-wheeler truck engaged in mineral transportation, I did not begin with a large organisation or extensive resources. What I had was a belief that a business built with hard work, integrity and trust could grow steadily and create lasting value.
Working closely with the mineral sector gave me the opportunity to understand the industry from the ground up. In 2007, we took our first major step into mineral processing with the establishment of a small-scale Chrome Ore Beneficiation facility at Nergundi, Manguli, Cuttack. In 2008, we strengthened our presence in mineral transportation and logistics with the incorporation of Shree Mineral & Metals Export Pvt. Ltd., which subsequently evolved into Shree Express Transco Ltd. In 2010, Shree Monolithics Pvt. Ltd. was established, marking an important new phase in our manufacturing journey.
